Nix Group, Inc. has been building in the Park Cities and surrounding area since 1996. Larry Nix, President of Nix Group, has gained experience over the last four decades in both commercial and residential construction. He is a registered civil engineer, a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas, the National Home Builders Association, and is registered with the Texas Residential Construction Commission. Building custom homes - working with home owners, architects, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors - is his passion. Larry was previously employed at Texas Utilities and the US Army Corps of Engineers, where he supervised the building of power plants, office space, roads and bridges.
Coco Nix manages the administrative and financial end of the business. She has over 25 years experience in small business administration.
